RecommendedI've been going to IRG Ballard for over six years. I have had hip, knee surgeries and various injuries. In just a few visits (five or less) I have achieved body alignment & maintenance. The home practices are easy and target appropriate area. I have had great experiences with Rachel, Barb & Mary, and recommend all! My visits are covered by insurance, I believe they take many.
I've been doing Rachel's Flow for Strength Yoga class on Tuesday nights. It's the one thing I look forward to every week! Prior to attending, I'd never done a yoga class but Rachel is incredibly patient and takes the time to teach one on one and lead by example. In addition to being a great workout, her class is a great relaxation for the mind!

I have had TOS for over 11 years but it took over 2 years to diagnose me. I was unfortunately prescribed PT for over 2 years which did absolutely nothing for me, had failed botox injections in the scalene muscles and only discovered this place 2 weeks prior to my decompression surgery. 2 years too late but I'm so thankful I did. The former owner who now teaches was my OT and she is hands down the best in the business. The next in line is my OT here. This place is the only reason why I see a future.
