Worst organization as far as my husbands treatment goes. We felt as if we were dumped in a relationship. No follow ups. No empathy. The receptionist on the 6th floor is rude! She is the face you first see when checking in for your first time and there after. She never makes you feel welcome. We were very disappointed with the whole experience before they kicked us out and sent us back home to Providence.
