Great class! I am a total beginner so, I learned a lot by taking this class. I am telling my friends about this and want to have Erin King and his daughter Veronica out here (Port Orchard) to give us a class. Loved the selection of rubs and spice combinations from John Henry's label.
Lots of fun and you always learn something new! Erin King is a great instructor and you will love the food.
