Great time in the BBQ 101 class. Went over multiple concepts. Saw several types of BBQing grills. Meat demos, making sauce, and rubs. I look forward to taking a couple more classes. Made and ate super tasty food. I came into the 101 class as a complete novice.
Just finished the Grilling 101 class today. Had a great time, instructors are knowledgeable and witty. Kept the class fun and moving forward. Went home with a ton of new skills to tryout and what the instructor calls "The Meat Sweats" from eating so much good BBQ! It is a must do class.
Had a great time! Tons of amazing food and learned new tricks and techniques! Would definitely recommend!

I was here for a team building event for work. Learned lots of great BBQ tips and recipes. I will defiantly do it again. This would make a great gift for those people who have everything. The Instructure and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. So just do it... you won't regret it.
Just did the pizza class with my husband tonight. So much fun and good food, makes a great date night!
Great class, hands on the whole time. Mike was great answered many questions learned some good tricks
I highly recommend this class to the novice BBQ’r. I learned a lot of techniques and can’t wait for the 201 class
My husband and I took this class together a few weeks ago and had a blast. The class was fun and informative. Our chicken and pork meals are moist and full of flavor. Best of all, you can use your oven if you don't have a bbq. We are planning to take the steak class for even more inspiration.
