RecommendedWe had the best time celebrating my husbands birthday! Eliav was so fun and shared so much wisdom with us. I thought going up in the balloon would feel more like flying in an airplane or some other familiar experience but it is truly one of a kind and incredible. I’m so glad we didn’t just “some day” this experience but decided to book the tickets and go for it! Truly an unforgettable time!
Great experience from start to finish. Staff was very friendly and informative. Great direction and felt completely safe. Our pilot Sean was awesome. Gave us a great flight, pointed out landmarks, answered all our questions, had a great sense of humor. He made sure we got multiple turns at different views. We did the sunrise flight which was beautiful. We’re going to try the sunset just to compare. Can’t wait to go back.

Customer service is non-existent. I had an issue with my booked flight. I called and also texted (as encouraged on the phone message - no one answers when you call) and left messages on both with no response. 🤨
I'm afraid of heights so I decided to fly balloon 😅 It was my best experience with height. Pilot was so great! Views were incredible. Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed the flight.
I had so much fun last night. definitely an experience I'll never forget. Next I want to go during sunrise. the best part of the whole night was the splash and dash. thank you so much to our pilot you rock!!!
I was a little nervous at first.....but we took off and it was one of the most amazing experience I have had in a long time!! I am so going again! Thank you!!
