I received an email alerting me to a great price reduction on one of my favs. I bought all they had and the delivery took less than 30 minutes. Best in Show service!
the just walk out technology overcharged me. they make you deposit $49, i only bought $8 worth of items and was charged $42. no way to get in touch with customer service over the phone, very disappointing
Update: Owners kindly let me know that they are still family owned so updated my star rating. It was easy enough but the just walk out thing was not my fave - it holds $49 on your card (which you get back at the end) but there was no receipt option and my purchase was less than $15 so it was a little stressful until the refund came through since I'd have no proof that I walked out with less than the hold amount.
