I think the steps they are taking to help the environment is awesome! I hope more restaurants pick up the initiative.
This establishment has decided to do away with straws for their guests - environmental issues. So, you have to trust the washing was thorough enough for your lips. We were also bombarded with an automatic 20% "service charge." We were told it was to share the tip equally between the front of the house and the back of the house. So we had lunch there, both the wife and I had the crab blt's. They where wonderful, along with that she had a stellar Bloody Mary and I had a Seattle cider. The only down fall and it was not Seatowns fault was right on the corner they where partaking of the local marijuana. Would recommend if you are visiting Seattle.
Excellent service friendly staff and great food! Also loved the atmosphere!!
