Some ignorant booked me an appointment for a minimal eyelid procedure, and I drove an hour to get to this location just to find out they wanted to sell a consultation that wasn’t needed or requested.
6 stars! Had a lovely experience here during an emergency eye appointment. They were able to fit me in during a very busy Saturday afternoon before closing. I was greeted by Vithu and Saada who are both kind and patient front line staff. Dr.Joshi took the extra time and care making sure my eye was properly assessed.The whole experience was great and I would Definitely return here for emergency or regular eye appointment. I had a few problems with my glasses. I went back a few times to get them fixed. Even after 7 months, Dr Joshi was gracious enough to repeat the prescription to figure out how to solve the issue and give me the best experience. Turns out the type of lenses just don't suit me, so I'm back to single vision lenses. Dr Joshi is also open to feedback which is a great value for any business that wants to grow and reflect the people's needs.
Overpriced, pushy and not so accurate. I bought glasses beginning of the year and I had to go back a few times cause I got the wrong prescription done. They didn't even realize it was wrong until the doctor measured it and said it was wrong. I then got another one that wasn't comfortable either, they told me my eyes will get used to it, and that maybe what they suggested (progressive lenses) don't fit me, and 7 months later I'm still not comfortable. Dr Rahul Joshi at Seaton Vision is an amazing doctor. He not only helped my mother during eye exam, also proactively referred to specialist within a day to have laser procedure done to rectify the root cause. Even after procedure the follow up by Dr Rahul Joshi proves the fact, he goes above and beyond for his patients. I feel confident and proud to recommend him and Seaton vision care. Thank you so much for letting my mother see the world in HD again.
