I had a few problems with my glasses. I went back a few times to get them fixed. Even after 7 months, Dr Joshi was gracious enough to repeat the prescription to figure out how to solve the issue and give me the best experience. Turns out the type of lenses just don't suit me, so I'm back to single vision lenses. Dr Joshi is also open to feedback which is a great value for any business that wants to grow and reflect the people's needs.
Overpriced, pushy and not so accurate. I bought glasses beginning of the year and I had to go back a few times cause I got the wrong prescription done. They didn't even realize it was wrong until the doctor measured it and said it was wrong. I then got another one that wasn't comfortable either, they told me my eyes will get used to it, and that maybe what they suggested (progressive lenses) don't fit me, and 7 months later I'm still not comfortable. Dr Rahul Joshi at Seaton Vision is an amazing doctor. He not only helped my mother during eye exam, also proactively referred to specialist within a day to have laser procedure done to rectify the root cause. Even after procedure the follow up by Dr Rahul Joshi proves the fact, he goes above and beyond for his patients. I feel confident and proud to recommend him and Seaton vision care. Thank you so much for letting my mother see the world in HD again.
Ravi has been our family optician from the past 17 years now. He is amazing. Super patient, very dedicated, and this goes without saying we trust him blindly. I have very complicated number but he never gave up giving me the best number possible. So, if you are visiting them for your glasses or contact lenses, please please go to Ravi.
