Can't say enough about Wayde and his team. They helped me troubleshoot a steering issue for a week, taught me a lot and gave me some great information. After exhausting every measure we determined we needed a new steering ram, complete with fabrication to mount it. We found this at 9 AM on a Friday and we had a trip to run that evening. They dropped everything and sourced a new cylinder, fabricated and mounted a new bracket, connected and bled everything and got us off the dock in time.
