Is Dr. Placke Superman, Houdini or Einstein? At the gym, while doing squats, I injured my knee. It was pretty bad, swollen and painful. I went to a physical therapist and, in her efforts to diagnose the problem, she twisted and yanked my knee and, by doing so, the pain increased alot! I could hardly walk.
