I was recovering from surgery and the people here were so kind and helpful, both the staff and residents. I hated to leave and extended my stay several times. The food was delicious with a great variety. I didn’t feel I was ready to live here full time yet, but would definitely consider living here in the future
Enjoyed the tour with Jeff who answered all questions. Good lunch. Impressed with facilities and atmosphere.
We enjoyed the Season’s tour with Jeff. He took the time to ask my friend what activities he enjoyed and his concerns. He was genuinely friendly with residents he could call by name as we met them in the halls. Compared to another retirement residence we toured everyone looked happy. It didn’t take long for a decision to move into Seasons.
In memory of our parents I am posting this review in support of other families/individuals making the decision to make their home in Seasons, Owen Sound. Leaving their home was difficult, wrought with emotion. Our parents had loved their home. Reality dictated that for their safety and quality of life a change was required. With due diligence Seasons was chosen as their new home. We could not be more grateful to have found this facility. My wife and I are not (quite) ready to move, but we are beginning to look for a retirement residence. We were received warmly and made to feel very welcome by Jeff and other staff. Our tour started with an (entirely unexpected) very good complementary lunch. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and thoughtfully during the tour after lunch and at the final 15-minute meeting in Jeff's office. Many, many thanks!
