My grandma has been a resident for over 7 years. She recently had a fall and had a hard time getting around. During the snowstorm the Ray went out of his way to ensure the sidewalks and walkways were iced and safe in a very dangerous condition. We were able to get her to multiple doctor appointments that would have been impossible if the sidewalks were slippery. She said Ray is always so nice and quick to help.

I can’t say enough good things about Rian, the apartment manger, and Ray, the maintenance person. They both made my time at Seasons on the Park easier and were always available to address concerns or answer questions. There were other things, like the lack of insulation between floor and ceiling of units, and tenants who couldn’t be bothered to clean up after their dogs, that were super frustrating, but my experience with management and maintenance were always positive. Those two deserve a raise and a paid vacation!
