The maintenance man was so kind and respectful I had to sleep and he did his job so quietly even tho I told him he could make all the noise he needed to fix it but he did super super amazing!!

We really like the leasing and maintenance staff here. I see them caring and working hard. They are friendly, cheerful, and helpful. We chose to live here because of the comfortable atmosphere they create. Also, the grounds are rather nice and they have potential to be quite beautiful. It just makes me wonder, though, if local management and maintenance staff are not given enough of a budget for outside specialists or if there are just not enough maintenance people. DO NOT MOVE HERE! management does nothing about repairs, from the get go I told them about the rotten wood floorboard in the kitchen and nothing happened it is always noisy with kids and when you make complaints nothing happens. My daughter got beat up there called the cops told management and nothing happened. There is dog shit everywhere. Pool is gross. Someone killed themselves there and didn’t announce it through text or call. And lastly they lie and charge you for things you didn’t do to not give you your deposit back. ... read more
