Online ordering was not working last night, so I tried to place a call in order. The person who FINALLY answered the phone refused to take my order. I asked to speak with the manager. "Joe" informed me that he cannot take call in orders and that I should try online. I told manager Joe that the online ordering was not working and he still refused to take my order.
