somehow managed to mess up TWO orders. Cashier was very rude & unprofessional. Will definitely not be come back. Overall a unpleasant experience.
I placed an online order at the Victory Drive location and the staff was extremely friendly. The customers ahead of me were being rude and disrespectful and the staff handled it professionally and with a smile. Will definitely be back.
Went to the locations off Abercorn after seeing good reviews and was highly disappointed. Bento box was definitely not worth $10 since there were maybe 8 little chunks of steak. Sushi rolls didn’t taste fresh and just all around unsatisfactory. I’ll stick to non-chain Japanese restaurants from now on. Nothing like other Japanese food.

Victory Dr I placed my order online which in the past has always went well. When I arrived at the restaurant while standing in line I could see that the grill was extremely high. So everything was over cooked and burnt so I told the cashier I didn't want burnt food. She gave me my food which was in fact burnt. I told the manager he refused to give me some chicken that wasn't burnt. Instead his ego told him to refund me my money and not even apologize.
