Not authentic. Ramen was an embarrassment to Japanese cuisine.

The guacamole bowl is awful. The teriyaki chicken is delicious. Must try. Unfortunately they ALWAYS forget to remove mushrooms from steak and its usually over cooked when I ask and they've changed the miso soup recipe which is an utter shame. I would go there just for soup and rice for lunch on a weekly basis. Not anymore. It's horrible. Makes me quite sad. I can't find any local miso soup that is better than this one USED to be. :( (Pooler location) Sushi is pretty good for fast made sushi.
