Josh McDowell was a wonderful counselor for our 9-year-old daughter. He helped her understand anxiety, develop coping skills, and work through fears using exposure-based activities. He communicated well with us as parents and collaborated with the school to address behavioral concerns and create helpful accommodations. Our daughter connected easily with him, and we’re very grateful for his support. Highly recommend!
Mike Covington is an excellent therapist who helped me through some of the most challenging years of my life. He adapted to my learning style, met me where I was, and continuously challenged me to grow. His guidance was invaluable both in individual therapy and couples counseling. I only stopped seeing him due to moving out of state. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
