The worst hospice service!
I was a little hesitant about using the service because of the past reviews from years ago. After speaking to Ashley the intake coordinator, Lisa the social worker, they ensured and explained to me that my mother would be provided the best care she needed. I felt we could trust them with my mother's care. It was an excellent experience, We were updated continuously each day from the entire staff until my mother transitioned. It's a very convenient location in the neighborhood.
After a long slow decline, my mom was brought to Seasons Hospice. She was there for 3 weeks before she passed. The care and compassion she received was wonderful. All the staff took the time to update me and my brother almost daily, on how my mom was doing. A special shout-out to Glenda, the social worker at Seasons, for helping us plan and think through other possible care options for my mom. My family and I are eternally grateful to the dedicated staff that showed us such grace and kindness.
