No Customer service at all, totally disappointing. No proper blankets in this cold weather just a very thin blanket. I don’t recommend anyone to book this hotel. They charged us for extra 30$ just for a small food stain and not at all acceptable. Please be mindful while booking this hotel but I totally don’t recommend anyone to book this hotel. They don’t provide anything. No service at all don’t book any rooms
I can’t recall staying in a room I didn’t want to walk on the floor without shoes on.. or use the blanket in the cupboard because I doubt it’s clean.. even though there’s only a glorified sheet as a doona. Mirrors have fingerprints on them and there’s no bottled water. Definetely deserving of the 3.3 stars, grotty.
had a few issues on arrival, young bloke behind the counter sorted them out. room was nice size and well set up however there was a shortage of cutlery. but value for money made up for any issues
Bed was DREADFUL. Could feel all the springs and squeeked badly. Only two pillows, one giant and the other nearly non existent. Shower was even worse. Took me ages to remove my shampoo. Curtains were blinds. They didn't go up straight. Aircon was super old and took well over 5 min to start.... we weren't sure it would... Room was clean and tidy otherwise. Did get a full deposit back. They needed $200. Lady at the front desk didn't ask us how our stay was.
Room looked totally different to what we paid for, unhygienic and not clean. Balcony was filthy and there was stains on couch, floor, walls & what looked to be cigarette burns on carpet. Tv was very tiny & the telephone wasn’t connected to had to call reception in my phone. I asked to change rooms and the change was better but the couch & bed was super uncomfortable didn’t sleep well. Only stayed the one night luckily.
