It seems that this hotel might to be closing down. I am not sure so check before booking. When we were out front some of the guests were locked out and could not get to their rooms late on Saturday night. One guy had to go and stay at a friend's house and another group had to book in another hotel for the night. The front counter area was locked behind a security grill and no staff were on site.

What makes me return is the welcoming excellent service provided by Rove at the front desk. The other attraction is the price. These 2 factors take the score above 3 star. Wish the room had a smart tv to watch YouTube on. Bedside lamps could be replaced with clean shades without holes. Cups were greasy. No Cloth in the kitchen. Good sized room. Walked in and walked straight back out and asked for refund- the room was smelly- the whole floor smelt- nothing like pics- carpet is threadbare- nothing in room no decor just old worn couch and table- theyve even replacced the kitchen items with a cheap white kettle that looked disgusting - no kitchen items, not that you would want to cook in there- the table was sticky and most surfaces looked dirty - go to oaks 2 buildings up- same price but huge difference
