I called Seasons Foodmart earlier today and spoke with a woman in customer service who confirmed I could return a pack of meat I had purchased. However, when I arrived at the store around 8 PM on August 30, 2025, two staff members told me that returns are not accepted for meat products. The pack I bought was labeled as 1.7 lbs of meat with shanks, but most of the weight was hidden bone—only about 0.5 lbs of actual meat.
