This weekend my account was hacked. I am very grateful and happy to say that Season's provided best in class service to get our funds back and I had a manager contact me directly to discuss what they are doing from a PR standpoint to make sure this does not happen again.
Emailed them a few times.. never got a response. Went inside.. was told to wait.. after an hour of waiting while employees just walked by me without batting an eye..I just left.
I've had my own bank accounts for about 20years (first job at 15 moved out at 17) & normally I get treated like a second class citizen. I can't figure out why but I own my own condo, own a business, have several accounts with different banks & Top Tier Credit. For a while I thought it was because I was young and looked so, but all that has changed since I started working with the Professional & Friendly Staff @Seasons in Meriden. My wife and I have refinanced several loans and put ourselves on the right path with their help.... read more
Without a credit history I was able to get a loan for my first car!!! Seasons is my only banking institution for too many reasons to mention here. Just go and say Christine sent you!
