Had a great experience here. I've been a member for a while and the new set up is awesome, it's quick and easy to understand. Working with Chad was great as well. He was very professional and helped me with a few loans and explained everything out clearly. They have no annoying fees and a lot of benefits. I give this place 5 stars and highly recommend it over any conventional bank.
I have been a member of Seasons for 3 years now and have never been happier! I never even have to go to the bank! I recently took out a home improvement loan with the help of Chad, who directed me to the best option with the lowest interest rate...even better, the funds were in my account that same day! Love this place!
Sadly disappointed with all the changes Season's has been implementing. It started with removing tellers from the lobby and forcing customers to use ATMs only to do their banking. Now they've shut down their drive-up service which was a HUGE convenience as a mom with a little one in tow. The lines are long enough, these new ATM things make it worse and now I can't go to the bank unless I'm alone. This bank seems to have lost their understanding of customer service.
Am seriously considering changing banks. Have been with Seasons since 1971, but every time I enter a branch am increasingly disappointed. The wait is long, the automated tellers are terrible, impersonal. The staff (if they talk to you at all) are rude! When I have spoken to any staff, they tell me to go elsewhere if I am not happy. And now the ATM's only dispense $50 bills. Asked impersonal teller about that and she said if I want $20 bills, I have to go to branch! ATM's will no longer dispense anything smaller than $50! Used to be able to deposit my check into the drive up atm on a Friday night and have it cleared by Saturday morning. Now it's not cleared until Monday and now I'm stuck with bills in which I can't pay. One representative tells me one thing, then put on hold, and the other representative picks up and I'm told the complete opposite.
