I'd had a reasonably decent experience here, up until the point that I actually needed some work done. They failed to understand my insurance policy and incorrectly told me that a procedure would be covered, but my insurance only covers a less expensive version. I got a sketchy-looking bill in my email from a third-party service for the difference (over $300), and when I called them about it, they tried to wash their hands of it, saying they weren't responsible for giving me incorrect information about the insurance coverage... read more
Had a great experience, my hygienist Kaitlyn was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Dental are was always a luxury in my life, and finding somewhere who didn't put me down has been a struggle. Happy I found them!
A great experience! From the minute I walked in for my first visit everyone was upbeat, knowledgeable, and obviously very skilled. I had a call from the office shortly after my visit following up with answers to several of my questions. I would highly recommend them!
I came to get a checkup after a lengthy absence from a dental visit. I was very anxious and self conscious about my smile. Chris and Dr. Behrendt made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire check up. I would highly recommend them and plan to continue my biannual checkup with Seasons Family. Highly recommend.
Very fast and efficient. Pleasantly surprised at the technology that was available at their clinic. Customer service was amazing. Everyone I encountered had a great attitude and was very kind.
