I gave them a 2 hr window for delivery of a birthday bouquet which was not done. I had to call them but in the meantime it was necessary to spoil the surprise so as my wife would be home. Extremely undependable ! When called, they didn't even know they had a delivery to do. I will not use them again.
Seasons Downeast is the ONLY place I order flowers from and they never (ever) disappoint. Their arrangements are fresh, beautiful and so thoughtfully designed. They are always so kind and accommodating.

Anna was so kind and easy to work with in preparing for our wedding. She was flexible and helped me (not a floral expert) make decisions based on my overall vision. The florals all arrived promptly on our wedding day and were exactly what I envisioned - they were beautiful and many of my guests took them home after. I even sent my bouquet to be preserved because it was so gorgeous. Highly recommended!
