First, Seasons Downeast created the most beautiful winter floral bouquet I've ever received. A photo doesn't do it justice. AND the delivery service was incredible. I was not home when the driver arrived (the bouquet was a surprise) and the driver didn't want to leave it outside in the cold. Downeast called me and figured out a time to come back. Note: I am not right down the street from them. I'm several towns over! I have left very few Google reviews in my life, but I thought I had to come here and praise Seasons Downeast.... read more
I gave them a 2 hr window for delivery of a birthday bouquet which was not done. I had to call them but in the meantime it was necessary to spoil the surprise so as my wife would be home. Extremely undependable ! When called, they didn't even know they had a delivery to do. I will not use them again.
Seasons Downeast is the ONLY place I order flowers from and they never (ever) disappoint. Their arrangements are fresh, beautiful and so thoughtfully designed. They are always so kind and accommodating.
Very helpful. They made me accustomed bouquet of flowers.
