No consistency, always have to wait well after scheduled appointment
They robbed me of $300. I had a psychiatric evaluation and I was aware of the out-of-pocket costs. Before I MADE the appointment, I verified with my insurance provider (Blue Cross Blue Shield) that my premium was paid. It was. My plan ensures coverage for telehealth and mental health services. After reading the reviews on here, on Facebook page and indeed, employees that used to work there, I am a worried that my person I am poa over is not getting the proper services. When I call, I get told to call the police for a safety check up. Why can't the therapist check on them and call me back or have them call me?
