The interior brings back the old age hotel. Decor is old but not unusable. The price also reflects it. Rooms were big. Perhaps too large for what you pay for. Previous reviews gives a heads up that you offload your luggage before going into the car park. Bath tub was a bit discoloured at the bottom but you’re not there to sit about. Unfortunately, I must say that our stay did not meet our expectations at all, on several fronts. As a regular traveller, Seasons Botanic Gardens was, to put it bluntly, subpar. Beginning with the check in experience in which I paid for entirely earlier in the day before arriving, upon arrival, I was told that I could not be checked in until I paid for the extra night (which had already been paid). We loved the place, very cute and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly attention, easy location accessible. We would definitely return.
Quiet, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Great value. I will gladly stay here again next time I am in Melbourne. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Specifically Sanjula. It's right across from the botanical gardens
