Went to a show at the Royal Gardens with the family This accommodation was fantastic for its location.
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, not only because of the condition of the facilities but also due to the way management handled a genuine medical incident involving our three-year-old child. On our second night, my three-year-old son suffered a severe asthma-related coughing fit, which caused him to vomit on the bed. My husband immediately went to reception to advise staff of what had happened. We were reassured not to worry, told that “these things happen,” and staff kindly replaced the soiled blank... read more
