The slowest builders ever. My home has been sitting framed for 2 months and getting rained on almost everyday. How will my home last with all the rotten wood? With the delays and the market changing we are not sure we will be able to afford it after it is completed. If they were able to complete it quicker before the market dropped and interest rates go up then we would be good but the lack of agency is making it hard for home owners to purchase homes.
