I had an excellent experience working with Juan Soto from Richmond Builder. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. Juan took the time to answer all my questions, provided clear explanations, and guided me through the entire process with patience and transparency. His commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I highly recommend Richmond Builder and Juan Soto to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy construction experience.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Please research the issues with these homes!!! I'd be happy to share the issues that I've experienced as well as neighbors have experienced. Not even one year in and I have structural issues, drainage and grading issues uncovered code violations, etc. $500k for a house we can't even enjoy.
I was initially excited about a new build by Richmond American Homes, but after speaking with neighbors and a local home inspector, I quickly changed my mind. Multiple homeowners reported significant issues, including mold, lot grade, water leaks, and poor workmanship as well as lot drainage.
