We love this house! It's quiet, minimal yard to maintain -whoch is what we wanted, and friendly neighbors. The area is also progressing quickly with new development all around. We work downtown, which is only 20mins or less and there are plenty of food options nearby in Brooklyn and RS/Avondale, Murray Hill, etc. Love the Asian restaurant on Normandy and Publix on Fouraker also. everything is within 15-20mins, unless you want to go across the river.
