If I could give zero stars, I would. In my opinion, this is the worst builder by far, starting with the sales agents in the model homes. They make false promises, giving you hope that everything will be okay with your home. I understand that homes are built by human hands, but for these agents, it's just about their commission checks. I dealt with Casey Johnson and Mike Rhodes in 2022, but they eventually left, and new agents took over.
