My boyfriend bought me an expensive arrangement for our anniversary and Valentine’s Day. It was beautiful but died a few days after delivery (which was a fiasco in itself). Turns out the flowers were sent without water in a non-transparent vase. I explained the situation to Scott and was told I’d receive a replacement arrangement. It’s been 7 days since he said he’d make it right and I have yet to receive a replacement or refund. I paid for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day, and they were not delivered. It took 12 weeks to get the refund for the order that wasn't delivered

I paid for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day, and they were not delivered. I have called their phone number about this multiple times and no one has ever picked up the phone, so I've left messages and have still not received a refund after 12 weeks. I went to the business to inquire about this today and instead of a refund, I got excuses and rude attitude from the person at the business.
