We went under Recommendation from a friend and so glad we did. Mack and his son were awesome to work with very reasonable pricing and help us out on Christmas Day. I won't work with anybody else. Mack has 45 year experience and it shows! If you need any HVAC Service their the ones to call.

After searching around on Reddit for a trustworthy HVAC service company in the Madison area to fix my humidifier system and do a check up on my HVAC system. I happened across Survival HVAC. I was really excited to have Mack out to quote a replacement furnace/AC, based on everyone's comments on Reddit, Nextdoor, and elsewhere. I really wanted someone local, independent, and that I could call and they'd answer — and be honest. But… I was incredibly underwhelmed.
