I had an emergency where my AC stopped working altogether. No sound. Nothing. And, of course it happened on a Friday night. I called Seasonal Survival first thing Saturday morning, and rather than rushing out to diagnose and charge me a justifiable time and a half for labor, the owner told me he would talk me through the issue if I could send him photos. In the end, there was a wire that had become disconnected, and because of the owners help I was able to fix it on my own for about $2. I don't know what AC or heating needs ... read more

I am kicking myself for not writing this review at least 10 years ago when Mack first did some service for us on our central air when we had a problem which turned out to be a refrigerant leak. He was than as he is now nothing but honest and fair with his work and his pricing. He never tries to sell you something you dont need he fixes what needs to be fixed and tells you what you need to know about what hes done and the life expectancy of your furnace or air conditioner.
