I've been here many times and the massages I've received were very professional and high-quality, but yesterday I came in and paid for 90 minutes. I got an 80-minute massage, which is easy to see because they have a clock hanging on the wall. The therapist was terrible. She just rubbed me for 20 minutes until I started telling her to press and work with her hands and fingers to loosen the triggers. I'm a man and I need to be massaged, not just stroked.
