season comfort sold and installed my unit at 10/2019，with 5 years warrenty on compressor. I filed a case on Tuesday about the noise in compressor and not coolling，and was told specilist would contact me and stopped by in 24-48 hours. no one even showed up or contacted me. We used Season Comfort Corp to fix an issue with our AC. The serviceman was professional, courteous and communicated what the issue was. The reason for the one star review is their shady policy of charging from the time of their last appointment instead of the start of our appointment. This resulted in the bill being two times what was expected.
