All smiling faces when I walked in (my first visit). They worked me in when I called about my dog having diarrhea, but I waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby before going back. Everyone was nice, compassionate and genuinely concerned for my little girl. Very professional but friendly also. I will definitely be back with the whole clan before it is over...for good reasons, I hope. I have always heard good things about the staff, and now I know why. Friendly, courteous and compassionate. Competent and caring . Best doggy docs ever. Take your pet there and you will be glad you did.
This place is amazing! The staff are very knowledgeable, kindhearted, and very passionate about what they do! You can even drop your animal off when they open and they will keep it all day if you work full time like I do. Amanda and Shannon were just a couple of the staff members that stood out to me and really went the extra mile to be as helpful as possible. 15/10 recommend! 😊
