I do not recommend if you are leaning more towards interventional pain management vs pain meds. I have been waiting for 3 months for this office to submit a prior authorization to my insurance. I always get transferred to voicemail and no one returns my calls. My previous doctor's office got it done in 1-2 weeks and had me scheduled for my procedures at 4 weeks from my previous visit. It is disappointing. I did have a great first visit with Dr. Manees.

I called for a specific treatment, which they said they did. When I arrived, the office staff was not very friendly. When I finally spoke with the nurse, she said they do not provide the treatment I was needing. I had already paid my co pay, and was getting a refund. The receptionist charged me again, and without so much as an apology, she just handed me a receipt- I double charged you, here's the receipt for the cancel. I certainly hope they work on their customer service.

Be careful when you pay with your credit card. They charged me double of my co-pay and I have been trying to get my money back since February 2025 and I am still waiting. They gave me a phone number to call and these people just ignore you. Or you just get a voice mail. Very unprofessional and not reliable

I don't remember if I even did a urine sample When he came in the room he told me..." I don't want the hassle of treating you. He was so dismissive he made me feel like a criminal. He had no hassle about sending my urine to Paradiam Labs and sending me a bill for $497.25. He knows all urine samples under Florida Healthcare go to Quest. So ... read more
