My daughter had an orthodontist situation arise on our way to the beach. I called Monday morning to see if they could help and they fit us in a few hours later. Dr. Vickers and her staff were wonderful! They were able to assist and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation.
I have 2 teens that I bring here, they are very friendly, and do a great job.
Rude office staff - they should be thankful they have an establish patient base since they are rude to requests for information for new patients. I’m looking for orthodontist and despite the receptionist saying they are taking new patients for that she was the least helpful and hang up as quickly as she could.
