We had a scheduled pump out for January 4th. We were out of town and left a check with a family member, which was subsequently cashed. The septic was not pumped out, we believe the clean out was the only thing pumped out, and we now have overflowing septic. I have called the company twice but have not gotten a call back.
I used Seaside Septic after looking at several other websites and reading reviews. Keith (the owner) and his helper arrived an hour earlier than he had scheduled to arrive, and allowed me to slow them down with all my questions while they dug out the covers. He took his time and explained how septic tanks work, what they were looking for and how they found it. As well as how to tell if problems develop in the future. Let me start off by saying that Keith is AWESOME, hard working and AWESOME. I would not hesitate to recommend SeaSide Septic to anyone who has a septic tank! This is the second time that I have used their services and compared to other local services that I've used, they are the most honest, trustworthy and should be at the top of your list when you need your septic serviced!

RecommendedHad Brian out to our house today to check on some issues we were having at our new build house. Brian was quick to answer the call and service our tank. He took the time to explain everything in great length and took extra care to make sure he wasn’t doing anything that wasn’t needed. Would recommend Seaside Septic to anyone who asked.

We had Seaside septic come out after having to have our septic tank pumped before the sale of our home. Not only were they able to communicate effectively and work around our schedule, but they were also very informative on what needed and didn't need to be done to my tank! Not only were they great to work with, but I also overpaid by $50.00 and Brian personally messaged and dropped off the difference. They will now have our business for life! Thank you!
