Afagatho was one of a kind
Seaside Scoops is a must-stop if your in Newport! I absolutely love their homemade coffee ice cream—it’s creamy, delicious, and has the perfect coffee flavor. You can really taste the homemade quality! Such a sweet spot to enjoy a treat while soaking up the Newport atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Waaay over priced. 12.50 for a <12oz waterery milkshake in a their special Plastic Mason jar. I paid almost $60.00 for 4 shakes. Sorry seaside, never again. We were not impressed at all, as a matter of fact, we just threw out those nothing special plastic mason jars in the garbage. Junk jars. Just another Cash Grab Newport store with very little to offer.
Ok, basically the best key lime cake ice cream I’ve ever had. Creamy, tasty, refreshing, milky… I also tried salty caramel and I was amazing too. I wish I had a place like this in Madrid close to my house.
The honey vanilla was absurdly good, and for 10$ you can get a sampler of four flavors, all of which were great. Definitely recommend checking it out if you got the chance.
