Let me start off by saying I have been a satified customer of Seaside Realty for over 4 years now. Seaside managed my rental property up until the time I wanted to sell it and sold it in 1 day! The house sold for even more than it was listed for! I am very thankful for Pam and Alex for taking care of my property and I would recommend them to anyone!
Was really interested and looking forward to getting into one of their rental properties. The only person I could get ahold of after multiple calls, texts, and emails told me to apply for it and they would send my message along to the property manager. Didn’t hear and still haven’t heard from either of them even though I was very persistent. Seaside made sure to keep my application money though.
