Google needs to REMOVE the bad review from VALERIE DOYLE as she does NOT even rent from Seaside Realty Company and has NEVER rented from this company. People confuse "Seaside" with others that have a similar name. Upon further investigation, the Landlord she rents from is an individual and uses another rental company to collect his rents - NOT OUR COMPANY. I repeat: SHE DOES NOT rent from Seaside. Seaside Realty manages COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE and not "apartments" as she has mentioned.
This landlord is a slum Lord. He wants the money for the rent and REFUSES to do any repairs. I was without electric for 4 years in my apartment. There is black mold throughout ALL his apartments. No yard work done for 2 months and when they do come if you don't bring it in it's gone. TERRIBLE STAY AWAY. Stove only has 2 burners that work. Ref is completely rusted in the front, air conditioner doesn't work been in here since 1996 along with the carpeting.
