This company is horrible at property management. When they lose a contract on a house, they do not remove the Airbnb and Vrbo ads that they maintain. If you search on vacation homes to rent in the area, and you see Seaside listed at the management company, you may often see many reviews about how the customers paid and never received information on how to enter the house. 1 home on our block routinely had people show up, often time families, and they can't get in because they paid money to Seaside, who does not manage the ho... read more
