I called and spoke to an older lady. My wife was in a serious accident and needed to get help. This lady hung up on me the first time I called. She doesn’t know anything and was disrespectful.

I was referred several days ago to see Dr Young. Delores lied to me repeatedly saying she never received the referral, and then today admitted she had the referral several days but couldn't see me because my first choice was Dr Foster. They are liars and cannot be trusted to give a straight answer, much less to be trusted with anyone's health. I can barley walk and they only delayed my recovery to see if they could fatten their bank accounts with my predicament before kicking me to the curb.
I really wish I would've read reviews instead of just picking the first doctor on a list that urgent care gave me with my referral. Unless you have a broken bone or he can visibly "see something wrong with you" I would consider another doctor. This doctor is rude and honestly acted like he didn't even want me in his office. Ive never met a doctor with such an arrogant attitude before. Such a shame someone like Dr. Young would even be considered a doctor.
