Beware – Dishonest and Unprofessional I booked a room at Seaside Inn in Seaside, CA through AAA Travel. My booking was confirmed, and I even called ahead to let them know we’d be arriving a little late. They charged my credit card in advance, so everything seemed fine. When we arrived, they told us they had no record of our reservation — despite the confirmation — and then told us to leave the property. Price for the room is ok. But i would go somewhere where they have a better parking. Good luck if you have a big car too. Even if you find a parking inside you would hesitate to go somewhere because you will lose your parking spot easily for sure and you’ll end up parking on the street which is sketchy. If you have a tesla car don’t try to charge your car at their wall charger or they will eat you alive. PUT A SIGN THAT IT IS NOT FREE TO USE OR PUT A LOCK ON IT!!!!
Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. If I could leave zero stars I would. We checked in to our room and immediately noticed the back door to the patio was unlocked and there were beer bottles with a ton of cigarettes left out there. The bed was covered in stains, clearly had not been cleaned. We asked for a refund and were only refunded 2 of our 3 nights since we had already checked in even though we were there less than 10 minutes. We have stayed in some pretty run down hotels/motels but this was truly the worst of the worst f... read more
