Seaside family medicine is one of the most unprofessional offices I have ever dealt with. My husband had to call their office three times to have his medication refilled. They never reached out to him or his Pharmacy to fill that prescription. My husband had to pick up other medication from their office, he called at 4:30 to check what were their office hours. Have had nothing but issues. No customer service, only nurse practitioners have not seen a doctor yet. Hours of operation posted on door at 6:19 pm was closed hours said open until 7 pm. Called office at 4:30pm to confirm hours to pick up medicine. Closed when I arrived at 6:19 pm Entire staff has been changed 2 times since I started going there. Horrible place stay away!!!! Better off going to an urgent care
I don't understand all of the good reviews on google. The reviews on other platforms arent so glowing. I have had nothing but trouble repeatedly with this practice that I have had the misfortune of being stuck with since I have no insurance the past few years. I have been through several NPs here because of a high turnover rate. I had an appointment today and since I never received any reminders I thought I better call. Listennnnnnnnnn! Please let me have everbody's undivided attention. Let me go ahead and detour new clients in the right direction. This location is where you need to come, so do not pass go or collect $200. I love my Dr. Mrs. Klauber and Amanda the DNP! My whole family goes to Seaside Family Medicine. I am so grateful for this place! I have taken my children to Amanda McAllister for years. She is thorough, compassionate, and crazy good at her job. She takes her time with us and provides great solutions; she speaks directly and plainly on why she wants to make a decision, so you are fully informed.
