She takes her time with us and provides great solutions; she speaks directly and plainly on why she wants to make a decision, so you are fully informed. Dr. Amanda was very friendly. She gave our daughter her full attention and asked lots of questions to help give her the best possible diagnosis. She also let us meet her sweet puppy which was the cherry on top of a great experience!!
Horrible experience with their billing “department” aka Donna. I have been dealing with a billing issue (the service charge was sent to the wrong insurance company) for about four months and the balance still shows on my account. I have called many, many times and have been there personally to get it straightened out and nothing has been done.
