Horrible experience with their billing “department” aka Donna. I have been dealing with a billing issue (the service charge was sent to the wrong insurance company) for about four months and the balance still shows on my account. I have called many, many times and have been there personally to get it straightened out and nothing has been done. Dr. Amanda is literally THE BEST! She is the first doctor that myself and my daughter fully trust. She actually listens and goes above and beyond. EVERY TIME. If she doesnt have the answers she doesnt stop till she does. We absolutely live her. She's not just a doctor she is family! 10/10 recommend! We love you Dr. Amanda!!!
6 years in and still receiving a $31 dollar owed statement for YOUR office not charging a self pay visit correctly. This is now harassment. I have repeatedly told your office back in 2019 and 2020 that just because your doctor’s mother who was running the front office could not run your office properly and charge SELF PAY properly it does not constitute harassment for 6 years. I really cannot say enough about Michelle. She was incredibly thorough in my visit, extremely knowledgeable, not rushed in the slightest, and identified a care plan that seemingly no one else had taken the time to craft for me. I left feeling informed, empowered, and in good hands. She will definitely be my primary care provider moving forward.
Clean office and fine care if you’re checking a box for well visit, taking measurements, etc. Beyond that, they offer no wisdom or holistic approaches for pediatric wellness. Also have insanely strict late policy and kick you out if you’re literally 1 minute late. This happened to us and we were the only patients on site! Those of us with babies and toddlers understand how wild that is.
