I will not be going back. The other reviews are correct, he knows his stuff but his bedside manner, not so wonderful. I felt super rushed at my initial visit and at my follow up. He literally started walking away as I was talking to him. I went to have some warts burned off and when I asked what the plan was for removing them, he told me that I had to make another appointment because they needed pre approval, when I called my insurance I found out they didn’t need pre approval(!) so why make me wait until the following month... read more
Dr. Tran was kind, professional, and he ran on time. I always have a good experience when I visit his office.
I m not sure what is going on with this office. This is the second time I scheduled an appointment with them and two days before, I called to confirm the time and it turns out, they never put the apt on schedule. I asked for the afternoon off from work and they have no apt for me scheduled. This is unacceptable.
