Beyond your job! – Wanted to let everyone know of Laura's great service in directing us to what we needed to do to close on our home. She even took time to call back when we called. She let us know about the pros and cons of title insurance and that most of the forms are required from the Loan Company and would need to be acknowledge at settlement. We have had the pleasure of her Professionalism and appreciate her taking time to help us in an exciting, crazy time in making a house our home. Thanks

Horrible Experience with Seashore Title and Settlement – Laura Beck closed my refi, then 5 months (!) later demanded more money. She admitted she made a mistake on the paperwork, then admitted her checks and balances failed to catch the mistake in a timely fashion, and still threatened to place a lien on my property. I'd be very careful before trusting a company that makes multiple mistakes and fails to accept responsibility. But why accept responsibility when the paperwork ensures one has no incentive to do one's job well?
