To worried about opening new practices instead of the needs of their patients. My son was only suppose to see one doctor and that was the doctor he never saw. The office manager Stacey told me to go find a new pedis office for my son. The girls in the little River office are very nice. If you need papers for your kid to take to school for prescription they won't give them to you.
I really love taking My Daughter to Seashore. Friendly staff And Great Physicians. Also they are available on the weekend which is a plus!
I love the doctors and staff here, but why do I continuously call looking for information about a test that was done for my son over 2 weeks ago and I get nothing. I'm always told someone will call me back and they do not. I've also called and left 2 messages with the office manager.
Dr. Ludlow is the best ped. I have found. Very attentive and easy to talk to. Don't matter of your the first patient of the day or the very last, your treated and given the same attention.
Never had any issues. Absolutely love susan. She has been so helpful and is such a wonderful woman. The doctors are good and always answer any questions I have. Always able to get my son in if he is sick within a day or so which is fine by me. Awesome!
I think you overlook your patients!! I was never asked anything or ever felt welcomed to be coming to your practice!! I love my toddler and want the best for her!! On her 3rd visit which was her well check that I had to beg for!! I was 10 minutes late and you turned her around!! I've say on time 10 minutes waiting to be seen!! Stacy at the Loris office is awesome and that's it!!!
