On today they have a new nurse practitioner name Jennifer Robert’s. She was very rude first time meeting her. She didn’t speak she asked me was my child ADHD. First off I’m not a doctor. Then I asked her where was the other nurse that was there on my other visits. She said no longer there. Then she asked was it an issue. She was unprofessional. Very unprofessional and rude. Talk to you like you aren’t a human and things don’t happen in life and as if they are perfect. Lie to other authority just because they don’t want to service you. Very unclear about policies up front with new patients. Would not recommended just because service starts with front desk staff.
Friendly staff, quick to get my daughter in for her first appointment, doctor gives the right to choose about vaccinating. We travel 45 minutes each way to come here. Will continue to do so!
Had my kids here for years and every single appointment was at minimum a 25 minute wait in the lobby accompanied by a rude receptionist.
