Perfect place!
The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Do not stay here. They are terrible. The front desk and manager were incredibly rude and un-accommodating. Our child got incredibly sick the day before our stay. I called and kindly asked if there was any way they would allow us to come another night. They reacted with terrible attitudes and refused to allow us to modify the reservation. It’s fine that we couldn’t change, but the way they treated me on the phone was terrible.
